1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xbajji platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and support features available at xbajji.net. 2 Eligibility

xbajji conducts age verification checks during the registration process and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source where possible.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on xbajji. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. xbajji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are identified.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your xbajji account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. xbajji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. • All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

xbajji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency options. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — xbajji does not accept third-party payments.

Deposits are credited to your xbajji wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. xbajji does not charge fees on standard deposits.

Withdrawals are processed within five minutes for standard bKash and Nagad requests. Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks, which can extend processing time. xbajji does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account settings.

Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet, not your main wallet.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit.
• Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on xbajji are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

xbajji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances where a technical fault affected the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account. xbajji's decision on voided bets is final.

• Bets are final once confirmed — they cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market.
• xbajji reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players at its discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at xbajji's discretion.
• In the event of a dispute, xbajji's records of bet placement and outcome are the definitive reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajji and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive xbajji, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or manipulating account data.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Exploiting pricing errors or bonus structures in a systematic way that is not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using xbajji to process funds derived from illegal activity. xbajji is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage Play: Attempting to register or play on xbajji while under the age of 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account on xbajji, regardless of the reason.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party game developers. xbajji does not own the underlying game software and cannot be held responsible for game-level technical issues that originate with the game provider. In such cases, xbajji will work with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

11 Limitation of Liability

xbajji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, xbajji does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance windows, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbajji's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. xbajji is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

• xbajji is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• xbajji is not liable for losses caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• xbajji is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

xbajji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request or due to a platform decision — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the xbajji platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xbajji's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of the xbajji platform that cannot be resolved through our standard support process will be referred to binding arbitration.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to contact xbajji support and allow a minimum of 14 days for the issue to be investigated and resolved. xbajji aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently, with full documentation of the relevant account activity.
